I received a document through ILLiad Document Delivery services. How long do my files stay in ILLiad?
Answer
Once we deliver the PDF for an ILLiad request, the file remains on the server for 30 days. After 30 days, the file is automatically deleted to comply with the agreements that dictate borrowing and sharing copyrighted materials. Please download and save your files from your ILLiad account within 30 days from when they are delivered.
