How will I receive the document I requested through ILLiad Document Delivery services?
Answer
Electronic documents such as journal articles and book chapters are uploaded as PDF files into users’ ILLiad accounts. When a file is delivered to a user’s account, that user receives an email notification prompting them to sign into ILLiad and download the file. Sometimes when users request items that are readily available on the web, we may send a link for them to access it directly at the source.
