How do I contact the MSK Radiology Image Library?
Answer
A common question we get at the MSK Library is how to request radiology images. While we have a similar name to MSK's Radiology Image Library, we are two separate libraries. The MSK Library is not able to send you images.
You can use MSK's patient portal to view, save, print, and share images. Instructions are available here.
If you choose not to sign up for MSK MyChart, you can get a copy of your radiology report by contacting the Release of Information department. You can email them at HIMROI@mskcc.org or call them at 646-227-2089.
Healthcare providers can ask for images by filling out the Radiology Image Request form.
