Access UpToDate using this link. Follow the prompts to verify your MSK affiliation and register for an UpToDate account. 

Once you have registered, you can login using the app on your phone or tablet. Apple and Android apps are available.

Please note that to use the app, you will need to use/register from onsite the first time you access it.
